CBPS Oxfordshire May 2026 – Horses and Waterfalls

Paul taught a CBP workshop on Horses and Waterfalls for CBPS Oxfordshire at Stanton Harcourt (map) on Sunday 10th May 2026. This was part of a series for the Year of the Horse. Throughout the day we tackled principles and abstractions of horses. As we were so very lucky to go behind the scenes at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford earlier in the year, we used some of the pieces we saw to inspire us to create our own compositions. We delivered lots of fun tips about approaching the subject of horses, particularly with regard to brush handling, strokes and textures…
